How to sponsor
1.Application Access
Access 1: The completed Sponsorship and Exhibition Reservation Form need to be signed / stamped by the sponsor / exhibitor representative and sent to WTC2024 Organizing Committee via email (exhibition@wtc2024.cn).
Access 2: Through the official website of WTC2024 - enter "Sponsors & Exhibitors", fill in and submit the application.
Organizing committee will reply by email or phone within 1-2 working days after your application is submitted.
2.Documents Requirements
Sponsorship packages are limited in number and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Sponsors must be legal persons or other organizations legally registered and validly existing in the People's Republic of China and countries or regions outside the customs territory.
All sponsorship and exhibiting content are subject to the receipt of the signed contract, and we will provide you with the contract documents upon receipt of your reservation.
After signing the contract, please make your payment on time as required by the contract.

How to become an exhibitor

All participation content is subject to the receipt of signed contract, we will provide you with contract documents upon receipt of reservation.

2.Preparatory work after confirmation of your booth

②For Exhibition Space of 36m² (inclusive) or more: Exhibitors will be responsible for their own booth design, booth construction and related costs. The exhibition organizer will only provide the venue, basic lighting and cleaning of public areas, as detailed in the Exhibitor's Manual.

General Policy
The exhibitor should ensure the legality, authenticity and validity of all materials and documents submitted.
Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Sponsors and exhibitor must be legal persons or legal organizations legally registered and validly existing in the People's Republic of China and countries or regions outside the customs territory.
All sponsorship and exhibition content is subject to the receipt of signed contract, we will provide you with the contract upon receipt of your reservation.
After signing the contract, please make your payment on time as required by the contract.
Cancellation Policy
For any cancellation of your registration, the Professional Congress Organizer of WTC2024 must be notified in writing by e-mail at [info@wtc2024.cn].
Until June 1st, 2023 (excluding), you may cancel and you will get a refund minus 30% of the total fee as administrative fee.
From June 1st, 2023 to January 1st, 2024 (excluding), you may cancel and will get a refund minus 50% of the total fee as administrative fee.
From 1st January 2024 (inclusive) onwards, you may cancel but there will be no refund. Non-shows at the Congress will be charged the full fee.
For cancellation from June 1, 2023 to January 1, 2024 (excluding), 50% of the total fee will be deducted as management fee.
Cancellations are non-refundable from 1 January 2024 (inclusive) to the start of the conference.
