Terms of Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total fee due will be invoiced once this signed Exhibition/ Sponsorship Booking Form has been received. The second payment of 50% of the total sponsorship fee will be invoiced 4 months before the Congress.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing. A cancellation charge of 50% of total fees will apply to cancellations received between 12 months and 3 months prior to the meeting. For cancellations received later than 3 months prior to the meeting, a 100% charge of the application will be applied.
