Through the official website of WTC2024 - click into the "REGISTRATION", the first time to enter needs to
create an account, fills out and submits the application, verifies the email and enters the registration
portal.
Please fill in the registration information in detail and make sure that you are ready to submit your
application for participation.

After registration, you will be redirected to the payment page for direct online payment.

3.Preferential Policy
The registration fees are subject to different discount rates for first and second authors, third category country representatives, young members (under 35 years old), and students (under 35 years old). Please see the fee description for details.

Invitation Letter of WTC 2024 Organizing CommitteeCancellation Policy
For any cancellation of your registration, the Professional Congress Organizer of WTC2024 must be notified in writing by e-mail at [info@wtc2024.cn].
Registration cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
Until June 1st, 2023 (excluding), you may cancel and you will get a refund minus 30% of the total fee as
administrative fee.
From June 1st, 2023 to January 1st, 2024 (excluding), you may cancel and will get a refund minus 50% of
the total fee as administrative fee.
From 1st January 2024 (inclusive) onwards, you may cancel but there will be no refund.
Non-shows at the Congress will be charged the full fee.
