Shenzhen Qianhai Integrated Transport Hub

Qianhai Integrated Transport Hub is one of the very rare large transport hub TOD projects totally located under-ground in China. The transport hub involves three metro lines (Line No.1, 5 and 11), and two intercity railways (the Guangzhou-Dongguan- Shenzhen Intercity Railway and the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Western Railway).

Project Features

Be "seamlessly connected" with the high-end urban complex through three-dimensional public transporta-tion to achieve a high degree of composite and intensive use of land.

The underground space of the project is a deep foundation pit project near the sea, in which the hub interchange hall and underground space for property development is a 6-storey basement with a total length of 830m.

BIM+CIM technology is applied to the whole process of design, construction and operation management.

A strong cultural and art consulting unit Tsinghua Art Institute (QINGSHANG DISPALY) is introduced to carry out the project's cultural and art planning, spatial planning and subsequent implementation of cultural and art design consulting to enhance the project's cultural connotation, commercial value, urban vitality and sustainable development momentum.

After the visit ends, the bus will return to Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Please remember to take all your personal items and luggage with you. Do not leave anything behind.
