During the morning exercise session, we will organize a Ba Duan Jin experience activity. This ancient and unique fitness routine originated from the Northern Song Dynasty and has a history of more than 800 years. The ancient people compared this set of movements to “brocade”, meaning colorful and gorgeous. The modern Ba Duan Jin consists of eight sections, each with one action. Practicing Ba Duan Jin does not require any equipment and is not limited by venue, making it easy to learn. Whether you are a first-time participant or a seasoned enthusiast, you can feel the unique charm of Chinese culture while practicing Ba Duan Jin.
